Privacy Policy
Last updated September 18, 2026.
This policy explains how Main Street Majority PAC handles information associated with mainstreetpac.org and communications with us. Our Terms & Conditions include additional email and text-messaging information.
Information from browsing
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded social media, or signup forms. Fonts and images are served from this site. The site’s own code does not set cookies or use your browser’s local storage.
Delivering and protecting the site requires technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. Our hosting provider, SiteGround, may retain that information in access and security logs.
Information you send us
When you contact us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, including any name, phone number, or attachments you choose to provide. Messages to info@mainstreetpac.org are forwarded to the owner’s personal email account so they can respond. The forwarding and receiving email providers process those messages.
Do not include payment-card numbers or sensitive financial information in email. Our website does not currently collect payments or offer email-list or SMS enrollment.
Email choices
Sending a question to our contact address does not subscribe you to a bulk email list or authorize text messages. We may reply about your inquiry.
If you separately subscribe to email updates, those messages may cover our work, events, ways to participate, and fundraising. You can leave that list through the unsubscribe link in a subscription email or by requesting removal at info@mainstreetpac.org. Unsubscribing does not prevent a response to a new inquiry you initiate.
Text-message choices and consent
If you separately enroll in a Main Street Majority PAC text-messaging program, we use your mobile number, enrollment details, consent record, and messaging preferences to operate that program. Visiting this site, providing an email address, or including a phone number in an inquiry does not by itself enroll you in recurring texts.
For an enrolled text program, reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You may also contact info@mainstreetpac.org for help or to request removal. Include the affected number so we can identify your subscription. We honor clear requests to stop messages, not only one exact keyword. A final confirmation of your opt-out may be sent.
Message frequency varies, and your mobile provider may charge for messages or data. SMS consent is separate from email consent and is not required to make a contribution. See the text-messaging terms for more information.
Sharing and mobile-data protection
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent records, or provide them to other organizations for their own marketing or fundraising. An opt-in to our messages does not authorize messages from another organization.
Main Street Majority PAC is responsible for its email and text communications. Service providers may deliver messages, manage subscriptions, or host the site on our behalf and process information needed to perform those services. This operational processing does not give them permission to use SMS enrollment information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or a security incident.
Retention, security, and requests
We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, administer communications, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet applicable obligations. Some limited records may need to remain after an unsubscribe or deletion request so we can continue honoring that request. Hosting and email providers also maintain records under their own retention practices.
We use HTTPS and access controls to help protect information. No online service or email system can guarantee complete security.
You can ask about information associated with you, request corrections or deletion, or change your communication preferences by emailing info@mainstreetpac.org. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Any applicable legal rights and retention requirements still apply.
External services and children
External links and your email application are governed by their providers’ policies. Review those policies before submitting information. If we introduce payment or signup services, we will update the relevant disclosures.
This website is intended for a general adult audience. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information so we can review and address it.
Policy updates
We will update this page and its date when our practices change. A policy update alone does not enroll you in a messaging program or expand your messaging consent.
