Terms & Conditions
Last updated September 18, 2026.
These terms describe use of mainstreetpac.org and participation in communications offered by Main Street Majority PAC. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Viewing either page does not give us permission to send you email updates or texts.
Using this website
You are welcome to read and link to our public materials. Do not impersonate Main Street Majority PAC, falsely imply our endorsement, interfere with the site, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access. Our materials and third-party assets remain subject to their respective ownership and licenses; nothing here limits uses permitted by law.
Information may change, and the site may occasionally be unavailable. External websites have their own terms, content, and privacy practices. Contact us about errors or access problems at info@mainstreetpac.org.
Email communications
We can reply when you contact us. Recurring email updates require a separate subscription; a contact inquiry is not a subscription. If you subscribe, messages may include organizational news, events, volunteer opportunities, and requests for support.
Use the unsubscribe link in a subscription email or email info@mainstreetpac.org to request removal. We may still respond to an inquiry you initiate. Email enrollment does not enroll you in SMS.
Text-messaging program
The following terms apply if you separately opt in to a Main Street Majority PAC text-messaging program. There is currently no SMS enrollment form on this website.
Main Street Majority PAC is the sender of its email and text communications. We may use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf. At enrollment, we identify the program and describe the messages you are agreeing to receive. These may include organizational updates, events, volunteer opportunities, voter-engagement information, and fundraising requests, depending on the enrollment disclosure. Recurring messages may be sent using automated technology where disclosed and authorized.
Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of making a donation or purchase. Only enroll a number you are authorized to use, and let us know if you give up that number. Your consent applies to the disclosed program, not to unrelated senders.
Message frequency varies. Message and data charges may apply under your mobile plan. Delivery depends on your device, network, and carrier and is not guaranteed; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
To leave an enrolled program, reply STOP to its sending number. We also honor other clear requests to stop, including requests sent to info@mainstreetpac.org. We may send a final message confirming removal. Further recurring messages require a new opt-in.
Reply HELP to the sending number for assistance, or contact info@mainstreetpac.org. Do not send payment details or other sensitive information by text. Our Privacy Policy describes protection of mobile information and consent records.
Contributions and third-party services
This website currently directs contribution inquiries to email and does not process payments. Any future contribution service will provide its own eligibility, payment, and privacy disclosures. Do not email financial-account or payment-card details.
Changes and contact
Updates to these terms will appear here with a revised date. Changes do not substitute for obtaining any new messaging consent that is needed.
